Two people hailing from Kasaragod locale in Kerala were captured close Panaji late on Monday while soliciting for a tradition of Salafi Muslims planned to be held in Karnataka`s Mangalore region not long from now. A police official said that the two people distinguished as Ilyas U, 34 and Abdul Nazir, 24, were captured from the Dona Paula suburb of Panaji, after neighborhood inhabitants grumbled to the police that they were appropriating Kannada-dialect flyers which had the IS image and a message titled “ISIS Shaitan”. “They have been reserved under areas 107 (break of peace) and 151 (preventive capture) of the Criminal Procedure Code. They have been sent for medicinal examination at the Goa Medical College,” the police official said, including that the couple would be addressed in nearness of top authorities on Tuesday. Police sources said, that the flyer was being dissected by top police authorities and that the substance of the leaflet solicits for a tradition of Salafi Muslims due to be held in Mangalore from January 9-16.
