AIADMK General Secretary VK Sasikala Natarajan who was indicted in the Rs 66.65 crore lopsided resources case has been sentenced to 4 years imprisonment and a fine of 10 crore. She should serve extra 13 months of prison sentence in the event that  she neglects to pay the Rs 10 crore punishment.

Prisons Superintendent Krishna Kumar issued an announcement in such manner. Supreme Court sentenced Jayalalithaa, Sasikala, he nephew Sudhakaran and sister-in-law Ilavarasi in the unlawful resources case on February fourteenth, 2017.
While Rs 100 crore fine was forced against Jayalalithaa, All the three different convicts need to pay Rs 10 crore each. Sasikala and Ilavarasi are held up in a similar cell of Parappana Agrahara Central Jail in Bangalore.
The three convicts will be dealt with like typical detainees and they aren’t entitled for VIP treatment. Sasikala was assigned out the employment to make candles and she would be paid a compensation of Rs 50 every day.
Imprison Authorities turned down the demand for home-cooked nourishment. Prison Doctors have been conducting medical check-ups and providing medicines to the trio.
