Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Tuesday extended a welcome to President Pranab Mukherjee for the Centenary festivals of Osmania University (OU) booked to be held in Hyderabad for three days in April.The Chief Minister, who was in national capital for three days, approached the President and encouraged him to take an interest in the century festivities to be held from April 26 to 28.
