On-screen character and maker Vishal on Wednesday documented an affirmation in the Madras high court reques ting that his suspension from the Ta mil Film Pro ducers Coun cil be renounced.
Vishal, general secretary of the Nadigar Sangam, was expelled from the participation of TFPC in November 2016, after he gave a meeting to a Tamil magazine, in which he said the board of trustees was more intrigued by settling compensation issues through kangaroo courts than halting robbery. That month, Vishal recorded a suit in the Madras high court against his suspension.In the keep going hearing on January 2, direct for TFPC said the matter could be genially settled if Vishal apologized for his comments.
On Wednesday, Vishal said the meeting was with no ulterior thought process.
